Please note that the final cost depends on the customized service you require, the specifications of the raw materials used, the relevant national laws, and the distance of transportation. Take the example of booking a 40 HQ container of products:

Step 1: You find our website, and decided to get a quote (3-7 days)

At this stage you have to provide us with your requirements, surface finish, box size, material, packaging method, application etc.

so that we can calculate the exact cost. Our experts will help you with all your concerns.

Step 2: Sampling (7-14 days)

If you need one of our existing products, it can be sent to you within one day free of charge. You only need to pay for the courier.

If a sample is not available and you think it is necessary to produce a sample and are willing to pay for it, we can arrange for it to be made to you within 1-2 weeks.

Step3: Talking about the details and Sign Contract (3-7 days)

If you are happy with the quality and price after receiving the sample, you would like to place an order，You will need to confirm many details such as quantity, artwork, processes required, delivery times etc.

Once all the details are confirmed, we can sign the contract

Step 4: Pay The Deposit (within 1 day)

You will be required to pay a 30% deposit based on the confirmed contract amount.

Once we have received the deposit, we can arrange the production

Step 5: Bulk Manufacturing (30-45 days)

1.We will do a pre-print design, which you are required to sign via email.

In this process, the international Pantone colour code is used to indicate the various colours in order to avoid colour differences.

2.Once the pre-press design has been confirmed and all the raw materials are ready, the bulk production can proceed according to plan.

During the process, we will take photos and videos to present you with the whole process.

Step 6: Pay Balance (1-3 days)

Once production is complete, you will need to pay the final payment.

Step 7: Shipping (15-45 days)

Arrangements for booking will begin at the start of production. You can either use your contract with the shipping company or use our recommended one, if the price is lower.

We will take photographs of this process and send you a full set of shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices and packing lists at the end of the process
